Our Services

Why do we gather?

We believe the Gospel is true. Jesus reveals God’s Love and it is real, it can be experienced, and it is meant to be shared. We are not meant to be alone. We long to be connected. But how we are connected matters. And God is here with us to show us we are created to be in loving relationships that has the characteristics of being faithful to one another, building trust with one another and forgiving one another as revealed to us through Jesus Christ. We don’t always experience this, but we long for it. So we gather in Hope that through God’s love of us and our love for him and each other we can share in this today.

As a community, we engage in the mess of life, love, pain, suffering, and doubts together. We do not give up on each other, we pray for one another, and we believe God is with us. We look to Jesus to reconcile our present realities with his eternal truth in and outside of this church building.

In gathering, we become a refuge for disenfranchised believers and non-believers. We give liberty and guidance to explore, deconstruct, and grow a genuine faith in God.

We believe that God wants to hear every person’s story in Nashville. God wants to show each person kindness and respect. He wants to walk with each of us intimately and let this relationship redefine their story. The ultimate goal of gathering together each week in corporate worship is to create space for God’s story, our stories, and discovering the intersection of those in fellowship and worship together.

When do we gather?

We currently gather in person on Sunday mornings at 10:30am. For those unable to meet in person, we have a live stream platform. Join the live stream here >

What do we do?

Worship

We worship God as He leads, honestly, with vulnerability and room for the Holy Spirit to move in our midst.

Confession

We corporately and personally confess our sins together through the reading of a simple confession. We pull many of our confessions from the Common Book of Prayer.

Teaching

One of our staff, elders, or members shares a message from God’s word that is both relevant and applicable to our lives.

Communion*

We share in Christ’s body & blood together every Sunday to remember his sacrifice for us.

Giving

We give to support our church and our community. Please read more about our giving here >

Prayer

We share prayer requests both corporately and privately and lean on one another to take our requests to the Lord (Philippians 4.4) and wait for his answers.

Please note: We serve Gluten Free crackers & a choice of wine or juice. While we are live streaming, we still offer time for you and your family to gather the elements (anything from typical to atypical, like Mountain Dew and a potato chip, will work) and help you connect with this remembrance of Jesus’ love for us.
